Opened the office because the Saint-Laurent had better slides.
Oscar runs our Montreal office and our habitat and land use practice. He is fluent in English, French and zoning, and argues that a riverbank is a home before it is a view.
He keeps a smooth stone on his desk, and will not tell anyone what it settled.
