Lou Huard
Common loon
Has crossed the border twice a year, every year, with the right papers.
Lou handles seasonal residency, flyway access and the paperwork of flying south. His clients include whole flocks, and he has never lost one at the border.
His voice carries across a lake at dawn, which makes him our first choice for conference calls with bad connections.
