Pike v. Lakeview Fishing Lodge: the photo was the promise

Our client was caught, photographed and, as the brochure promised, released. Then caught again, the same afternoon, by the same guest, for a better photo.

The lodge has agreed to a one-catch-per-guest policy and to fund a spawning bed restoration. Pascale Brochet, who argued the case, described the settlement as “a good start”.
